Coaching looks into the future, while hypnotherapy allows me to identify blocks from the past, remove them to help you achieve your dream future. I can bring you to that state and I can help you adapt negative thoughts to help you cross that wall that has been holding you back.

I have been working in HR for 12 years and would like to share my knowledge of CV building, interview preparation and even a career change if you consider it. I can also talk you through process if you're having issue at work and need to discuss with someone.

Soul & Body Fusion

I believe that our souls have a mission for us on this Earth, but through our upbringing and society we live in, we lose our authenticity. This is a very spiritual session that through a way of meditation we call our soul back to our body to find our way again, to fulfill our destiny. It is achieved through guided set of intention done within 1 hour session.

Come on a 6 week journey of hypnosis, CBT, NLP and Mindfulness at an amazing price of £500 for a 6 weeks programme to help you change your relationship with food and to finally achieve the goal of slimmer waist that stays slim. This is a life changing programme focussed on self love.

Smoking Cessation

Has 'STOP SMOKING !' been on your to do list for way too long but the habit is stronger than yourself? A 2 hours smoking cessation session with me will have you to never look at the cigarette again. That includes weed and vyping. Call me to book.
